Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

If you are not fully satisfied with one or several items you purchased, you may return them and receive a full refund of these items, except in the situations mentioned below. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Return eligibility

To return one item from an order, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The return must be requested within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
  • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
  • The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition

Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Please note: Items on sale are not eligible for return.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Items such as bodysuits, lingerie, jewelry, underwear, and custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned
  • Items on sale cannot be returned

Return Procedure

If you would like to request a return, please reach out to us at and provide us with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • SKU(s) of the item(s) you are returning (can be found in your order confirmation or in your account)
  • Reason for the return

Return costs

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product(s).

In the event that a product received is defective, you must inform customer service ( so that we can send you a free return label allowing you to return the product to us.



It is not possible to exchange a product ordered online. We invite you to return the product ordered and to make a new order.


Refund Procedure

Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 10 business days, and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. All refunds are processed using the same payment method that was used during the initial transaction. Also note that it may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement. FASHIONAVIV reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our Return Policy. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address.
